These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mydesicraft.in (the “Site”) and any orders you place with MyDesiCraft.in (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us & our products

MyDesiCraft.in is a premium handicraft store based in India. Most of our products are handmade and made to order. Because each item is handcrafted, slight natural variations in colour, texture, size, and finish are normal and are part of the charm of handmade goods — they are not defects.

2. Orders

Placing an order on the Site or via WhatsApp is a request to buy. An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge it (typically over WhatsApp or email), including final price, customisation, and shipping.
We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and order details.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed by us.
Final amounts, including any shipping charges, are confirmed before payment. Payment is arranged separately (for example over WhatsApp or via a third-party payment provider).
We do not collect or store your card or banking details on the Site.

4. Made-to-order & processing times

As our items are crafted to order, please allow reasonable time for production before dispatch. Estimated timelines shown on the Site or shared with you are indicative and may vary depending on the product, customisation, and demand.

5. Shipping & delivery

We ship through third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be affected by factors outside our control.
You can follow your order’s progress on our Track your order page using your order reference and email.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

6. Returns, exchanges & cancellations

Because most items are handmade to order, returns and exchanges are limited. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you to make it right (repair, replacement, or another fair resolution).
Custom or personalised items generally cannot be cancelled once crafting has begun, or returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
To request a cancellation before crafting begins, contact us as soon as possible.

This section is a summary; we handle each case fairly and in line with applicable consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including product designs, images, text, logos, and branding — belongs to MyDesiCraft.in or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access data without authorisation, place fraudulent orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDesiCraft.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
