We do not collect or store your card or banking details on the Site. Payments are arranged and confirmed separately (for example over WhatsApp or via a third-party payment provider).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed:

Hosting & database — our Site and order data are held with cloud hosting and database providers.

Couriers / logistics partners — your name, address, and phone number are shared with the courier to deliver your order.
Messaging — WhatsApp (Meta) when we communicate with you about your order.
Payments — if you pay online, a third-party payment provider processes the transaction; we do not receive or store your card or banking details.

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil your orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account information (see “Your rights” below).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Order details are stored securely and are not publicly accessible. Order tracking on our Site requires both your order reference and the email used on the order. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
